Yum! I made this recipe as-is, except for leaving out the almonds, for a brunch. It was well-received and I would make it again. The instructions are easy to understand, which was nice.

this was really good! i doubled the filling and used orange juice concentrate instead of orange juice! a huge hit!

Everyone LOVED these. I substituded cranberries for the almonds and added vanilla in the icing. Very hard to mess this one up. This was a recipe that was requested several times.
