Original Recipe Yield 1 -13x9 inch cake
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Grease and flour one 13x9 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix together cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. Press into prepared pan.
  3. In separate bowl mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, and confectioners' sugar. Pour over first layer.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes.
