This was so tasty and delicious. It was a big crowd pleaser. My daughter, who is not a big fan of onions, loved it. Will definitely make again. I did cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup after reading the previous reviews and it was perfect. I also diced the onions vs using rings.

I liked but found it too sweet so made it without the sugar and added salt and then popcorn shrimp .....nice recipe

This stuff is addicting! It makes alot, so when I want some at home I make a half recipe. I'm not fond of trying to bite into whole onion rings-it just ain't dainty, so for parties, I cut the onion slices into fourths. I always get compliments. Try it on hamburgs or hot dogs---it's even good for cold sandwiches!
