I made this salad for friends from work. I made individuals salads instead of one large salad. The salads were beautiful and the combination of flavors was wonderful. When I tasted the dressing by itself, I wasn't impressed, but when added to the salad it was very good! I would definitly make this again. I used Dole "Spring Mix" --it gave it a nice combination of color and texture. I also used canned oranges. The salad was very easy to make.
