INGREDIENTS
1 (6 ounce) package seasoned stuffing mix
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS
Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; set aside. Place chicken in a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Combine the soup, sour cream and soup mix; spread over the chicken.
Sprinkle with mushrooms and water chestnuts. Spread stuffing over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.

I left out the water chestnuts, mushrooms and the cheese. I used whole chicken thighs and kept it simple. My husband loves it and we're making it again tonight.

This was OK. I didn't cube & cook the chicken first. I used whole uncooked chicken breast. As a result I had to cook a little longer. My husband did not like it. I wont make it again.
