Instead of using as a frosting, I punched holes in a sheet cake and poured over while it was stille hot. I also punched holes so chocolate could seep through. I recommend doubling recipe for this. Makes a wonderful cake!!

excellent! They made the not-so perfect rolled out sugar cookies taste OK. It hardens nicely, is easy to make, and tastes good =)

icing-not frosting. Perfectly pourable! Just poured it over the new Betty Crocker dome shaped cake. Covered the dome entirely and little accumulated at the bottom of the cake plate. Recipe needs no tweeking-excellent as is. Just like Mom's-won't bother to find her recipe, now.

My family really enjoyed this. It didn't set real firm but I think that is because it's hot out. It set fine in the fridge. Thanks for the great recipe!!

This was very easy to make and yummy. Perfect for brownies. When it hardened it was alot like homemade fudge.

Ha....I halved this recipe, but didn't halve the sugar....which would be the reason that it was "gritty"....duh. Aside from that...had I done it right this was an easy excellent recipe. Oh, during the mixing, which I did in the kitchen aid I added a splash more milk and that took care of the thickness. I topped "deep dish brownies" (from this site) and it came out fab. Thanks Sandy!!
