This was pretty good pizza. I made exquisite pizza sauce for this and only used 2 cups mozzarella. I am not very artistic and even though my circles were actually circular before and looked pretty good, after baking there was some shrinkage amd it came out a little crooked, but still tasted great.The crust was okay but I have others I prefer. This was a fun idea with the Olympics on right now we really got into the spirit of the Games.
