Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Stir olive oil and tapenade together in a large bowl; add bread cubes and stir to coat. Spread cubes onto a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Excellent! I also added a bit of sea salt and cracked pepper before baking. Great flavor from the tapenade. I did not have ciabatta bread, so I used some leftover crusty rolls, which worked great..a keeper, for sure~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)
