Quick & easy to make. I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup for added flavor. Used 1 Tbsp brown sugar instead of the 5 tsp white sugar. I will definitely be making this again!

I ended up starting with half cup 1/2&1/2, and half cup milk. I ended up adding more and more milk as it cooked. Also added some nutmeg and cinnamon, and ended up with a great tasting pudding.

Sorry, but this didn't turn out for me at all. It ended up looking like just rice floating in milk, even after I cooked it past the 20 minutes. Maybe it would've turned out if I used less milk.
