I will definately keep this recipe - the only change I would make is add at least another 1/2 of rhubarb - we would like a more equal cake to rhubarb ratio, and I did a stresual topping - the crunchy topping was delicious on it!

We will definitely make this again. This cake was very easy to make. You could really taste the rhubarb and the cake was just sweet enough. I followed the recipe exactly. We even forgot to make the sauce and it was very tasty without. Thanks for sharing!
