INGREDIENTS
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet red pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
1 tablespoon evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Dash pepper

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine the cabbage, peppers and onion. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, milk, salt, dill, paprika and pepper. Add to cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

I hate cabbage, but I made this for my family and everyone gave it two thumbs up! I did venture a taste of the sauce mixtur and thought that was very tasty! I will be making this again!

ughhh... i didnt think this was great. Unless you can chopp the cabbage really thin and long and not chunky, it makes the texture weird....
