LOVED these cookies! I am a chef and have been looking for a great cookie recipe like this. I am very happy to have found such a great recipe. As a matter of technique, you should cream the butter (softened not melted) with the sugar, then add eggs, flour, oats, and finally raisins. Enjoy!!!

I followed the instructions very closely and still the cookies came out thin, with crunchy edges and runny centers. I probably won't be making these again.

I am usually not great at baking and always feel that whatever I made could've been better. These cookies however were perfect!!!! My family loved them and I definetally added this recipe to my "tried and loved" box. Not only did I bake a batch but I also put froze a mix for future use. Love this recipe!
