This is a great, easy, unique recipe. I made these bars for a party and everyone enjoyed them. They are also really good with morning coffee. I used 1 cup all-purpose flour and 3/4 cup whole wheat flour. Then I used about 3 cups of the crumble for the crust and put the remaining on top of the filling. There was plenty of topping. These bars remind me of a fruit crisp and would be lovely with some vanilla ice cream.

This is the best cookie bar I ever made. I haven't found anyone who didn't love it. Even people who don't like raisins ate it and raved. I made these years ago and lost the recipe. I was so happy when I came upon this one. I know mine didn't have sour cream in it, but I loved it this way. Thanks.

These are very good but didnt look too appealing to my kids. Next time I will put more of the mixture on top!
