Great cookies, even though I'm a peanut butter fanatic and would have added a bit more to the mix. Also, I used quick oats, instead of rolled. (You work with what you've got). Still, even though I might have added a little more PB, I find can't seem to stop eating them. I will be making them again.

Well, I liked the texture of these (not sure why anyone had problems with them being dry) but could not taste the peanut butter at all. I am so glad I added 2 C of chocolate chips instead of 1 C or these would have tasted like nothing.

Good, but a little too soft - they fell apart too easily (even though they were thoroughly cooked). If I make them again I'll eliminate the water. Hubby and kids thought they were good enough but didn't say they were great and weren't clamoring for more (like they were with the whole wheat sugar cookies I recently made from this site).

Came out great and were easy to make and you would like this cookie if you like oatmeal in your cookies. Overall a great recipe for scrumptious cookies.

Perfect!! My whole family enjoyed it. I added peanut butter chips. They would've tasted good without them also. I have made them several times since then.

Delicious! Nice texture, great taste! Per other reviewers comment, tried adding 1/2 tsp cinnamon and it adds a great flavor.

I was looking for a recipe for cookies and couldn't decide what to make. These seemed to fit perfectly. These cookies did take longer to bake than the recipe said. I'm not sure if this was because of my oven or not. When they were done, they were very good. I will try them again.

We all loved this...made some adjustments to make it diet friendly..sub applesauce for butter.. only used 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1 1/2 c. splenda..used natural pb and dark chips..and oat flour instead of reg flour..these turned out perfect..best cookies we have made so far this year!!!

This is a wonderful cookie with all the stuff we love! Can't wait to try them with the new Special Dark chips. I think crunchy peanut butter is especially good in these.

I wouldn't say these are bland; I'd say they have subtle peanut butter flavor. That, combined with with texture of the oats, makes for a nice cookie. I made them much bigger than (24 heaping tablespoons + 6 HUGE 2 tablespoons) and baked for much longer--around 16-17 minutes. Mainly I watched to see when the bottoms got brown. They turned out crispy, which was good with the oat texture I was talking about. Long story short, I like them. They are not overpowering in sweetness.

Maybe it's just me, but these were the worst tasting cookies I've ever had right out of the oven. There was too much baking soda. I must give credit, the cookies came out looking very good. I added 2 cups of semi sweet choc chips and that helped. 2 days later the cookies tasted better. But overall not a good recipe. Needs a little work.

Easy and tasty, but hard to get off the cookie sheets - mine turned out thin. Also, they had to bake closer to 12-15 minutes.

I substituted milk for the water, whole wheat flour for the white, splenda instead of the 1/2 C white sugar (you can't even tell the difference), I used egg whites only (from 3 eggs), and added sliced almonds. These cookies hit the spot. They were so moist and yummy. I became instantly popular with these. I'm telling you, they're a winner! Thanks Anna!
