Incredible! But there's really no reason to make the filling, they're perfect on their own!

WOW! Thank you for this great recipe! These are WAY BETTER than the original oatmeal peanut butter girl scout cookies, and so easy to make!! I baked until very light brown, then they stayed a bit chewy after they cooled. DELICIOUS and addicting! :O)

This is the best cookie ever!!! Delicious. I didn't have heavy cream so I used half and half for the filling instead and it still tasted great. Thanks so much for the recipe. I will be making them again and again!!!

Honestly the best peanut butter cookie I've ever made and I've made quite a few! They're good with the filling and without. I have to disagree with some other reviewers though. If you double the cookie recipe, which I did, you also need to double the filling. Anyhow, it's a great recipe and it will be in rotation at my house!

This recipe was wonderful. Even though I didn't make the middle, it was delicious. They were gone in about 3 days. ;)

I make 1.5 times filling so I can "stuff" them well. Friends and family rave about these and recipe is in demand by those who like to bake. They are delicious eaten right out of the freezer. Thanks for sharing!

I made this for a meeting and was asked several times to make this for other families. The only cookies left that night were the few which didn't fit on the platter and had to stay at home. My husband ate them promptly. I am not a fan of peanut butter but for those who are, this is a very popular recipe!!

These were so delicious! And great for little hands. My kids loved them, and also did my husband who doesn't eat much sweets. I got about 30 or so sandwiches from it and still had filling letover. I will definatly be making these again soon!

Didn't change a thing except milk for cream and they were great! I used my small cookie baller and got 48 cookies which yielded 24 sandwiches. Yummy!

These cookies are soooo good! My husband could not stop eating them. I thought that the amount of icing was perfect. I literally just had enough for all the cookies. I used 2 Tbsp milk in the icing instead of the cream and chunky peanut butter instead of smooth. Heavenly! Sweet and salty with every bite.

"Wow, Mmmm...and These are the best peanut butter cookies I have ever had!" These were comments from my husband and co-workers. They are the best, period. I made 46 sandwich cookies following the recipe to a tee and I used all of the filling, (non left over as one review said). I used my teaspoon measuring spoon to get the right size and hand rolled them into balls before flattening them with the bottom of a smooth measuring cup. They were perfect. Thank you for sharing such a great recipe! This website ROCKS!!!

Excellent, though not enough filling. The bottoms of my cookies were brown and crunchy - I baked them for 8 min. Might reduce the time I kept them on the sheet from ~>5 min to 1 min plus bake them for 6-7min as I like cookies that are soft. Good news is that once placed in an airtight container, overnight the bottoms became softer. Got very good reviews from wife's coworkers. Great recipe, very rich peanut taste.

this is great, it takes time especially coating the cookies in chocolate; but it is so worth it. My husbands new fave!
