This is absolutely the cookie you have GOT to make if you want to show off. I have gotten rave reviews from anyone who has ever tried these. I followed the directions exactly and they came out perfect!!!! I cannot tell you how delicious these are... you just have to try them for yourself!

I made these today for my son's LAST MINUTE NHS award ceremony tonight and not only are they easy, they are a knock out! I doubled the entire recipe and had about 3 dozen when sandwiched, mostly same size. Next time, I'll do monster ones. Stay away if on a diet!

They were really yummy. Next time I make them I am going to make the cookie a little thicker though so maybe they won't get so soft. The flavour was really peanut buttery though, excellent!

These were so so so delicious! I read another review that it only made 15 cookies when you put them together, but I made 30. Maybe they used more than a teaspoon when dropping the dough. They seem small when you drop teaspoon fulls, but when they bake they become the perfect size. I am not patient and so I decided to melt my butter in the microwave for both the cookies and the filling, which turned out great. I agree that just a small amount of filling is all you need. It was a very easy recipe as well.

I'm not a big fan of Peanut Butter cookies, but I loved these. TIP FOR APPLYING FROSTING: I recommend leaving the cookies flat and using a piping bag to get a nice even, flat look. This way the cookies won't break, and when you put the top part on, there's no need to push down too hard.

Oh my word! I made these last night for my family.....my son asked if I could incorporate some chocolate into the recipe, so I dipped the edges in melted chocolate chips and a little butter. They are insanely delicious! We loved the added chocolate, but it isn't necessary at all. These cookies are outstanding on their own!!! Thanks so much!

YUMMY! I'm surprised I was even able to make any because my husband couldn't keep his spoon out of the dough. Wonderful cookies!

These may be the best tasting cookies I've ever had, they simply melt in your mouth. Had a hard time keeping my larger cookies from crumbling, so I'd recommend making them smaller then you would a normal cookie.

These are amazing! The cookie turned out perfectly and the filling is exceptional. I followed the recipe exactly including using heavy cream for the filling. It doesn't make many because you double up on the cookies to make the sandwich, but I may buy a small cookie scoop and try that next time like someone else mentioned.

If you love peanut butter, you will adore these cookies. I had to make a lot of them and didn't have time so I didn't read any reviews. That was not really necessary at all. The only thing to mention is that putting the fork in water before pressing on the cookie helps a lot. And for some reason my filling was a bit dry so I had to add more cream. But the amount of filling was just perfect! Like everything else as well. Extremely delicious cookies!

these are very good. the only thing i changed was for the filling i used regular milk instead of heavy cream, only i used a lot less than 2 1/2 cups (about a tbsp) and some granulated brown sugar along with the confectioner's to make it thick & creamy, and it was still delicious.

This is a great creation!!! It was an instant favorite of mine and my co workers. I question the amount of flour used though. 3/4 cup? I added more. I also doubled the filling to make double stuffed cookies - which was at the request of my eaters!!!

There are really good oatmeal cookies to give as gifts because they do not contain any raisins. I do not usually make the cream filling because the oatmeal cookies are so good just on their own.

I had these at a string concert for my daughter. I tryed these at the reception afterwards. I asked every person that would look at me and asked if they made these cookies. I was happy to find the chef. Yummy!!!
