Nice and chewy, this is a keeper! I like the taste of the craisins! I didn't have any raisins, so I added about 2/3 cups of pecans. My kids like them too.

These were awesome. I added just a little cinnamon. They were simple enough for the kids to make. They loved them too.

Very good. I made the mistake of adding the cranberries into the dry mixture so they would be easier to stir, as one reviewer suggested, but that just meant that the dry mixture stuck to the cranberries and didn't mix with the wet stuff as well. (I should have known better.) Probably as a result of that, the cookies seemed to "flatten out" more than I expect in a good cookie, but everyone else that ate them LOVED them.

Amazing! I added 1 extra cup of oatmeal (i used old fashioned for extra chewiness), 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 cup of raisins. Best oatmeal cookies I have ever made!

Yum! Omited the raisins and added a handful of chocolate chips. Baked for exactly 12 minutes - thought they were underdone at first - but crisped up perfectly upon cooling. Kids loved them!

Great recipe! I didn't have any raisins so I doubled the craisins and "plumped" them by beating the eggs, vanilla (which I doubled) and some cinnmon in a bowl and letting the craisins sit in the mixture for about an hour. I will make this again.

This is my new oatmeal craisin cookie recipe! We have long ago decided that oatmeal cookies are best with the extra zing of craisins instead of regular raisins so I just left out the raisins and doubled the craisins (which I plumped) and added a couple handfuls of chopped pecans and a dash of extra vanilla. Such a great cookie. Moist, chewy and delicious! I doubled the recipe and other than my minor changes, I followed it exactly and the cookies turned out perfectly. They're almost gone already!

With recommendations from other reviewers, it's a 5-star recipe. I added the third cup of oats and doubled the craisins, omitting the raisins. However, I did a few things of my own: Soaked craisins in 1.5 tbl brandy and the juice of 1 orange, mixed with zest of same orange (orange and cranberry were made for each other!). Added 1 cup chopped walnuts. This yielded delicious, fragrant cookies that have already started disappearing!

This recipe was excellent! I took the whole batch to a small party and they were gone in literally 17 minutes. The changes I made: I didn't use raisins, I just added more craisins. I chopped up a handful of walnuts and threw those in. A previous reviewer suggested adding a little cinnamon, and I added a little over half a teaspoon.
