WOW!!! I was so impressed with these cookies - I can't wait to make them again. I did use pecans instead of walnuts, as that is what I had in the pantry. Since my kids and husband don't care for dried cranberries, I made 1/2 batch without for them, then added them into the last 1/2 for me. The ones without the cranberries were good (they are now gone thanks to my kids and husband), but the ones with the cranberries were outrageous. Some of the best cookes I have had. The flavors of the toffee, nuts, cranberries, chocolate work so well, and every bite has a different flavor in it. Thanks so much for an awesome and different cookie recipe!

LOVED these. I had a bunch of trail mix to use up so instead of the cranberries, walnuts, toffee and chocolate chips I put about a cup of trail mix (choc chips, nuts, cranberries and cherries) into the food processor to make them smaller (for my kids who don't like "chunks". Then I added about a cup more of chocolate chips and about 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter. They were awesome. I loved the texture, chewy and delicious. Take care not to bake them too much so they lose the chewy quality. These are in my favorite pile now. Yum.

Fabulous! The only problem was that the toffee bits melted and when they cooled they stick to the pan. To prevent this I put the toffee bits on top and they were just as good, if not better.

WOW WOW WOW!!! My wonderful man made these for me- sans the cranberries- because Im 9 months pregnant and wanted a cookie. He scooped them out into huge cookies the size of my hand....and I ate 3 of them!! They were soooooo good- this is my new favorite recipe!!

These cookies are filled with so many different ingredients it's hard to tell what kind of cookie it is - but it doesn't really matter because they're just so good! I used all vanilla and omitted that water, added 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon, used raisins instead of cranberries for half the batch (along with the walnuts) and for the other half I mixed in 1/2 c. of peanut butter and some chopped peanuts. After they came out of the oven and cooled I drizzed all of them with melted chocolate.

These are delicious cookies. I made them into balls about the size of walnuts before baking and didn't flatten them. I baked about 12 minutes and they came out perfectly moist and chewy with a thin crispy crust. Everyone loved them. I particularly liked that they didn't make dozens and dozens, as I find it tedious to bake batch after batch. Thanks!

These are super yummy! However, I think that there's so much 'stuff' in them, that there doesn't seem to be enough dough. Therefore, they always turn out very thin and crispy. Maybe it's just me. In any case, they're delicious!!!
