SOOOOO GOOD, but with these ingredients, how could it not be? I followed the recipe exactly and loved it. Put it directly in the freezer after making so it would "set" quicker because I'm pregnant and couldn't wait 4 hours. If I were serving this to guests, I would put it in the freezer 1 hour before serving to make sure the slices looked nice when cutting.
