Very original, very good. I really liked the addition of nutmeg in this shrimp salad. I used walnuts because I hadn't any pecans and used spinach for the lettuce leaves. I would suggest using a little less mayonnaise. It would be better to make the recipe and refrigerate a few hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.

This was ok. I made 2 sandwiches (from 1 pita), and only ate one of them and couldn't bring myself to eat the other. I think it's all the mayo. The sandwich would probably be better with the fresh ingredients separate, then with only a drizzle of mayo. Sorry, but won't be making again.

WOW! I must say...the thought of Kiwi with mayo and shrimp sounded weird..but boy was it tasty!
