This was great! My family loved it! Next time I make it I may try some of the suggestions a previous reviewer made. This a great recipe as written - thank you for posting.

OMG. That's how good this is. I didn't have macadamia so I just used extra peanuts (salted) and almonds. I wish I had read the reviews before mixing. The unpopped kernels are a nuisance. Otherwise very very yummy. I'm taking some to my girlfriends house tonight. Maybe. If I can stop eating it. Thanks for the recipe.

This mix is amazing!! I used mixed nuts in place of the peanuts and macadamia nuts (it was what I had on hand) and I added mini chocolate chips to 1/2 the batch after baking. Perfect without the chips, but I think they added a nice smooth texture to the crunchiness. One tip, make sure you don't have any unpopped kernels in the popcorn! I used microwave popcorn and didn't think to maybe shake it in a colander 1st before adding it to the nuts. And to anyone questioning the 1/4 cup coconut: it's just the right amount!! Will definitley be making this again, most likely giving it as gifts if I can stop eating it long enough to package it!!

Wonderful! Easy, and very good. I doubled the cinnamon, and used different nuts. Tastes a lot lke the kind you get fron Target. Thanks!!
