This recipe was super easy & super delicious. The amount of vanilla we were supposed to use is not mentioned anywhere but I never really measure vanilla anyway. I just do what "feels" right. I have a lot of leftover frosting because all I made was a round 8inch single layer cake so I plan on making some cupcakes tomorrow for the rest. Thanks for sharing this, it was exactly what I was looking for.
Didn't have any pecans on hand so I just crushed what walnuts I had in the cabinet. I am sure it doesn't matter what you use. I am thinking chocolate chips would be neat for the cupcakes tomorrow.
