I do not rate recepies often, but I must say this is just so yummy that I give it five stars only because that is as high as the ratings go. Betty, thanks for sharing. I toast the walnuts before grinding. Noelia

This are wonderful. I did use ground pecans, as that was what I had on hand. One recommendation though. They are easier to work with if you stick them in the fridge for about 10 minutes before rolling them into balls and dipping them in the nuts.

OMG! These are absolutely one of the best tasting candies you can make. I made a batch to enter into our local county fair this year and won 1st place with them. Everyone at work raved about how good they were and they are so easy to make.
