These light and crispy cookies are absolutely delicious. I just now finished making my first batch and the were so easy to bake from start to finish. I even made a silly mistake on the recipe and they still turned out perfect. I somehow forgot to add the egg and vanilla to the original creamed butter and sugars. I did not realize I fogot them until I had already mixed the two sections, so I added them at the end and it still worked out perfectly. I totally suggest these for a light and easy holiday treat. P.S. I made the balls small, and the cookies actually spread and ended up larger than I thought. If you want really small crisps, make sure to make the balls Very Small : )
