Okay, so the dough is not that easy to deal with but WOW!...it was so worth it! These cookies went in 2 days. My whole family enjoyed them. I will definitely make them again!

These cookies are delicious. If you roll the dough out with sugar between waxed paper it's a lot easier. I rolled the dough like a pie crust, spread filling on and cut like a pizza into thin wedges and rolled it into crescents-it was quicker that way

This is a favorite!!! The crust is flakey and the sugar on the dough bakes and crisps it up. They are addictive!! We make these every year at Christmas!! We put them on parchment to bake and don't overfill the dough because they will run all over. They are very delicious!!!!

Unlike the previous reviewer, I found the dough extremely hard to work with. I had refrigerated the dough over night, as stated in the recipe, and it was rock hard. I left it out and was unable to work with it even when at room temperature. I found the Hungarian Nut Horn recipe on this site much easier to work with.
