These are so good & I have made them many times. I do add some diced celery & sweet relish to them & they taste much better than regular deviled eggs & healthier for you. These are a keeper!! Thanks for the great recipe.

I could have given these 100 stars! Since these didn't have any ratings, good or bad, I decided to give this recipe a try. Luckily I did, because if you don't try this, you're going to be missing out on a lot! For people who are on special diets, these are perfect. However, without butter, mashed potatoes aren't the same. I would suggest butter if you want a more-then-decent recipe. Also, go easy on the paprika, adding too much spice will ruin this dish since it's meant to be mellow. Overall, this is a great recipe that I can without a doubt recommend. Thanks! :)
