I give these 3 stars for taste. They are good, but not amazing and not super yeasty. The texture is kinda fluffy, not as substantial as I was hoping for. They were super easy to make! I might go with a regular knead recipe next time. Also, when you are forming each stick into a knot you might want to roll it in a little flour, otherwise it is too sticky to make a nice knot.

love these simple and easy also excellent to use in your bread machine if u have one available!!!
