Thanks for sharing this recipe! A great start to basic meat loaf without the fuss. No matter what you add to it, it turns out good. We make extra so we can have meatloaf sandwiches duing the week for lunch. I often use 1 lb each Ground beef, chicken, and breakfast sausage to 4 eggs and a chopped onion, a can of rotel tomatoes or salsa, some garlic and onion powder, italian seasoning or sage. Shape into six mini loaves on a baking sheet with a lip and bake 1 hour. The last 10 minutes brush with a little bbq sauce OR a mixture of Ketchup, mustard, and little brown sugar. Served with Rice or potatoes, or or even spaghetti.
