To be different, I put bell peppers in here as another user suggersted. We also top it with barbeque sauce before baking. This was a good meat loaf recipe, had flavor and was easy.

This was one of the best meat loaf recipes we have tried. We added some chopped onion and next time we may add another egg. We ended up overbaking it (1 1/2 hrs) but will try it again at 1 1/4 hrs next time. This had great flavor and we were impressed. Thanks!

I made this for the 1st time with friends coming over, which always makes me nervous that it won't turn out. But this was great, everybody loved it. It was quick to make, I had everything mixed and ready to go before my oven was done preheating! I also put some slices of bread at the bottom to absorb the grease... worked great!

Surprise! I can actually make a great meat loaf! After many attempts at making a good meat loaf for over 40 years, finally success. I added some chopped onion & green pepper as others suggested and received rave reviews. Thank you so much for sharing this great recipe. My only objection was the price of the Stove Top Stuffing, which I don't normally have on hand.

I am always looking for new recipes and this was a smash!! I used stove top savory herbs stuffing, added diced onion and bell peppers, and 2 heaping spoons of ketchup to the mix. I then added one more egg for the consistency. I used two smaller loaf pans to baked this and we have NO leftovers!!! Thanks for a great and easy meal!!

I am no meat loaf fan, however my husband is. I am also a bad meat loaf maker. This recipe is simple and delicious. I now eat meat loaf with a smile. I addeded frozen onions and steak sauce with the ketchup. Love you for the recipe. Donna P

My wife cannot stand meatloaf, but this dish changed her mind before she even made it through the apartment door. I have to admit that I did add bell pepper and onion but thank you for putting this simple dish for everyone to enjoy.

I really liked this recipe. I used Stove Top stuffing,as I always have that on the shelf. I added chopped onion to the beef/pork meatloaf mix I bought from the store. I also put 2 slices of bread down into the bottom of the loaf pan, then rested the meatloaf on top. This took care of the grease problem, I have always hated, making meatloaf. I will definitely make this one again. Thanks!

Let me start by saying that I HATE meat loaf. Or, I used to. I used Stove Top Savory Herb stuffing in this, and it was wonderful. So good, I will make meat loaf in the future and use this recipe. (I've never been able to say that before.) My husband loves meat loaf, so he's happy now, too. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
