This was a good basic recipe. I halved it for my hubby and me. Believe it or not, chicken flavored stuffing mix was good in this! (Hubby accidentally bought it) I added worcestershire sauce as well, and it came out pretty good. Next time, I'll add onion and minced garlic. This recipe is great for starters and can easily be played with. I served slices of it on top of a bed of mashed potatoes, in a bowl. Thanks!

This meat loaf was wonderful. I the advise of another and added 3 eggs and minced onions. This is by far better than my old recipe I used for the last 30+ years. Thanks for the great recipe.

I'm not a big fan of meatloaf but my boyfriend loves it so I'm glad I found this recipe. Of course I tweaked it a bit to make it my own, but not much. I used a box of cornbread stuffing, added sauted onions and garlic, put a couple dollops of ketchup and worcestershire sauce in the mix and then rubbed ketcup on the outside. It made a nice crust on the outside. I also used 3 eggs instead of 2. It turned out very good and smelled awsome while it was cooking. Thanks for the great recipe!!

We thought this recipe was good. I dont have any recipes to compare it to but I would make it again. Would maybe use turkey next time, less fat.

I love this recipe! I used mushroom and onion stuffing. I also used ground turkey. It was wonderful. I found no need to add any extra. Simple and fast to prepare. My family loved it!!!

This recipe was great! I was looking for a meatloaf recipe I could modify to accomodate a vegetarian diet and this was it - didn't want a veggie meatloaf, wanted one that actually tasted like 'meat' loaf. I used to packages of morning star crumbles, Ener-G egg replacer for the egg and squirted steak sauce, ketchup and barbeque sauce in the mix for more flavor. It was great - thanks for ending my years of searching for the perfect vegetarian meatloaf.

I don't really like meat loaf - and I ate this, but I won't make it again. My husband liked it - he did say it was kind of bready. For people who like meat loaf I think you'll like this recipe.

I absolutely love this recipe. It's so easy. The flavor is really mild the way I like it. It makes a great sandwich the next day. I use a mixture of ground sirloin and ground pork and I add some diced onion. delish!

This is a great meatloaf recipe! My husband couldn't stop raving. I like a moist meatloaf, so I squirted ketchup, mustard and barbeque sauce straight into the mixture. Turned out great!

I also put in onion, gr. ppr, and garlic (chopped in the food processor)and needed to add another egg. I didnt have enough ketchup, so I made an envelope of clasic brown gravy to put over it and it was amazing!!!

I made this for dinner last night for the family....I did add about 3 cloves of garlic, chopped and 1/4 of a large onion diced finely (so kids don't see it) to the rest of the ingredients....I put barbeque sauce on the top while it was in the oven...it turned out great...love the basic recipe though...good base.
