My boyfriend asked me to make a meatloaf and came across this one thought it was easy enough .. he loved it and so did all his friends that came over. I did however add a half can of whole stewed italian style tomatoes it was great

Sorry to say in my opinion this meat loaf recipe is just not good. The stuffing mix gives it a "from the box" taste that I just do not like. Very plain. I will not make it again

Great simple recipe...I added some sauted in olive oil; onion, garlic, celery, grated carrot and red pepper. Then add approx. 1/2 c. ketchup to the mix. Form as loaf on cookie sheet, smoother in ketchup so you get more crust! My family loved it!

I MADE THIS RECIPE FOR A CHANGE IN TASTE FROM MY MEATLOAF RECIPE, I USED CORNBREAD STUFFING FOR THAT IS ALL I HAD, AND I READ ONE OF THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT PUTTING BREAD ON THE BOTTOM OF THE MEATLOAF TO DRAIN UP SOME OF THE GREESE, THAT WAS A GOOD IDEAL, I WILL ALWAYS DO THAT. I REALLY LIKED THE MEATLOAF FOR A DIFFERENT TASTE, BUT MY HUSBAND LIKED MY RECIPE BETTER, HE LIKES MORE TOMATO-IE MEATLOAF.

Excellent recipe- I didn't change a thing and it turned out beautifully. My hubby is really picky, and he told me that this one's definitely a keeper!

I was so hopeful about this recipe and I don't know how I could have screwed it up, but I thought it was bland, bland, bland! Made with Stove Top Savory Stuffing Mix. Skipped the ketchup as I am not a big fan of ketchup on meatloaf, but used an au jus style gravy. I even added some chopped onion and steak seasoning to the mix...would absolutely not make again, sorry.

I used my slow cooker to make this and it was very good. I think I would add a few more spices and maybe some onion next time.

Very good! I added one egg per others' reviews. I used the Stovetop whole-wheat stuffing and I added about 1/4 cup each of diced celery and onions.

WOW!! I just got done with dinner and this was the best meat loaf I've had.The only suffing I had was the chicken flavor but it still tasted great. I did take the adive of others and used 3 eggs and cooked the onions and garlic first then added it to the mixture.I also added some frenches bold and spicy mustard to the mixture then I spread the ketcup and some hot sauce(not much)across the top..Served with mashed potatos and gravy...Cant wait for tomarrow for left overs

I made two meat loaves this morning and used this recipe as the base. For one I chopped up two jalapenos and three Tabasco peppers along with half an onion and put it in the recipe. The peppers added only a small amount of heat as the cooking process cooked the peppers and put a smokey heat in it. I topped the meat loaf with BBQ sauce and honey and it carmelized when it was done!
