I must have done something wrong, I thought this came out pretty bland. My stuffing mix didn't have a seasoning packet though, so maybe that was my problem. My husband enjoyed it though, so I'll probably just add some spices and try it out again.

Delicious! I never ate meatloaf as a kid my father didn't like it. My hubby loves it but I never thought to make it until today I found this recipe. I followed recipe, and added onions and ketchup to the mixture as well as on top. Thanks!!

My family really enjoyed this meat loaf, although I changed a few things. Instead of water, I added 1/2 can of tomato sauce(used the rest on top), 2 tablespoons of milk, about a third of a red onion and 2 garlic cloves. I used the stovetop chicken stuffing(it was what I had handy), and it was delicious!

Made this for dinner one night and it was a hit! Made one modification by adding a package of dry french onion soup mix and a handful of diced red onion. YUM :)

This is a winner. I halved the recipe and micro- waved it at half power until the juices ran clear. I didn't have time to oven bake it, and did't want to heat up the kitchen on a hot day. I omitted the ketchup, and served it with Madi's Mushrooms on top...terrific!.

This has become my essential meat loaf recipe. I must say that the stuffing mix you use does make a difference, don't spare the cents with the cheap ones, the seasoning just isn't there. I also add at least ¼ cup of ketchup to the meat mix as well as one chopped onion and some bell pepper. I tried making a meat loaf without the stuffing mix and my family knew the difference immediately.

My mom, who's now gone, used to make a similar meatloaf using Pepperidge Farm stuffing, so I was happy to find this, having lost her recipe. Added chopped onion, as she always did, and finished with horseradish sauce instead of ketchup - which my family prefers. Great to find a good stuffing based meatloaf recipe again.

My husband said this was the best meatloaf I've ever made! My whole family loves it, even my picky six year old son. Being a working mom this makes making a home cooked meal a whole lot easier!

Taste ordinary. Use good tasting stuffing mix because that's what your meatloaf will taste like.

This recipe was really easy and delicious! I added a little more water because it was just a tad dry the first time I made it. I also added a splash of Worcester sauce into the mix for flavor. But it is one of our favorites.

Fabulous! I changed the servings to 6 and did 1/3 antelope and 2/3 beef. I added only 1 package of stuffing instead of increasing it. It was delicious! Very moist and just the right flavor.

This is a great, easy recipe that my family loves! I have used several different recipes for meat loaf, but this is by far the best one. My husband LOVES it, and he also loves to eat meat loaf sandwiches with the leftovers (if there are any) the next day!

I loved the flavor, very simple! I rated 5 stars for ease of preparing and wondeful flavor I used from the Sage Suffing Mix. I used a remote meat thermometer and once removed at 160 degrees, the meat continued to cook internally to 172 degrees or well done. Next time I will remove it from the oven at 150 degrees and hopefully it will not get much higher than 160 degrees (medium). Another thing, I had no ketchup, so I rubbed BBQ sauce on the meat loaf and it gave it a smokey BBQ flavor on the crust.
