Wow, what a great idea this is. Start with an already prepared pizza crust and add mixed baby greens, sliced or shredded chicken and a good pour of Caesar salad dressing. If you like, you can add a dab of your favorite barbecue sauce before you drizzle on the dressing.

This pesto-based pizza is an amazingly simple and delicious variation to your regular pizza. Adapted from a pizza idea at a popular Neapolitan pizza restaurant in Washington DC, it'll take minutes to make and will disappear in even less time!

Except for the crust, it 's pizza! It 's got tomato sauce and lots of cheese, and salami and olives and herbs, and a great dressing that is drizzled over everything before it 's served.

This is a wonderful, easy to make warm potato salad we regularly serve at barbecues. We have yet to meet someone who doesn't enjoy it. You can use either Cheddar or mozzarella cheese in this recipe.

This is my Mom's recipe for tuna salad which happens to contain no mayonnaise. Being Catholic, we had it every Friday night for dinner.
