Excellent recipe! There is just enough cream cheese to cut the sweetness, definitely use a mixer for a perfectly smooth pie. Can't wait to try some of the other reviewers tips...this would be great with a chocolate crust and a chocolate drizzle.

This is delicious and so easy to make! PERFECT for something sweet in this horribly hot weather. I made it as healthy as I could and used low fat cream cheese and natural PB with light whipped topping. Very good!

perfect just the way it is! the pie is light and fluffy with a nice peanut butter taste that is perfectly balanced. probably the best pie i have ever eaten.

much better when frozen - needs more than 2 hours to freeze and we couldn't wait :P. Very easy to make, I followed recipe exactly. If I were to make it again, I would decrease the sugar as it is quite sweet for my taste - family still went for seconds though!
