The recipe was absolutely above and beyond anything! I made my own whipped cream (16oz heavy cream, whipped, then stir in 1 c sifted confectioners sugar -- enough for the 2 pies). I also topped them with chopped Reeses Peanut Butter cups (6 cups per pie - covered the whole top). A tip: Freeze it, then let it thaw somewhat. It's WAY too hard to eat right out of the freezer.

Served this at a birthday party along with the cake and cupcakes, and this was demolished, while the others barely got touched. I followed other reviews and added melted chocolate chips onto the crust, which was nice, but really, really hard to cut. Next time I will add a tiny bit of crisco to the chocolate, so it has more of a consistency of the chocolate on chocolate covered strawberries (cutable) and all the flavor. Thanks for the recipe- it is a new hit at our house!

This pie was so easy to make and so delicious!!! I added cut up reeses peanut butter cups to the mix and on top of the pie and it was fantastic. You definitely must be a peanut butter lover, though ;)

This pie was delish and super easy to make! Crushed up some frozen peanut butter cups to top it off.

This was delicious. I gave it 4 starts because I made modifications: * Only used 1/2 the milk the recipe called for * Only used 1/2 the cool whip the recipe called for * Used Nutterbutters for the crust * Put a layer of chocolate dessert fudge on the crust before adding in the cream.

Yuuummmmeeee!!!! Light and creamy tasting. Goes together quickly and effortlessly. The only change I made, was to make my own chocolate graham cracker crust.

I followed the recipe exactly. It was absolutely delicious. It did need more time in the freezer though. I would suggest 6 hours in the freezer instead of the 2. After serving each piece, I drizzled a little bit of chocolate over the top. It looked wonderful and tasted just as good!

this was so rich and delicious- and i dont even like peanut butter! i wanted a quick dessert, and this was definitely it! i cut down to 1 8oz tub of cool whip and eyeballed about 1C of peanut butter and 1/4-1/2C of sugar. I used a store-bought 9" oreo crust and it was perfect proportions- i melted some chocolate chips and spread them in a thin layer over the crust before adding the pb mixture- yummy! topped with chopped reeses pieces and drizzled over with some more melted chocolate chips and melted peanut butter. i used 1/3 less fat cream cheese, reduced fat pb, fat free cool whip, splenda, and left out the milk. it did not taste 'off' from all the substitutions, and i was glad to be able to save some calories... try this recipe! it is soooooo easy and very rich- you won't need seconds :)

This recipe is great and very easy to make. It's a perfect recipe to make in advance and keep in the freezer for guests. I make it look even better by adding some chopped reese's and drizzling melted dark chocolate on the top! I know we wouldn't mind to have one of these in the freezer 24/7!

Love this recipe! I use this a lot with when guests come over. It is so easy and makes two pies at once. The only thing that I do differently is that I chop up reese's peanut butter cups and sprinkle those all over top. Tastes even better when that is added. Great recipe! Thanks for sharing!

Really an excellent recipe. I got several requests for the recipe after bringing it to a gathering. Personally I'd prefer a more prominent peanut butter flavor, so I'll use more peanut butter the next time, but overall an excellent and EASY recipe.

I have made this many times. It is my husbands favorite. Now, we add a mashed banana to half the batter, so we have one pie with banana, and one without. Both ways are so yummy.

This pie is so good, people I work with have put in their orders for Thanksgiving. I did make a few minor changes 1. Used chocolate cookie pie crust 2. Spread hot fudge on crust and on top of filling 3. Drizzled with a little peanut butter sauce on top. 4. Increased peanut butter to 1 cup. If I could give it 10 stars I certainly would. Thanks Megans.
