This is a great dessert, I took 2 pies to a local function and they "disappeared" -good and bad, no leftovers to bring home -wah! The only thing I did a little different was to use a white chocolate peanut butter, and WOW it made this pie absolutely yummy! I would have to suggest scaling back on the whipped topping, and perhaps the milk, you don't want the pie to be so "runny". Other than that, great recipe!

INCREDIBLE! I used the chocolate pie crust instead. As per other suggestions, I only used 1/2 cup of milk and 3/4 of the tub of cool whip so it wouldn't get runny. I also used 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter to get a little bit more taste. I did everything else the same according to the recipe and I must say... this is delicious. I brought the second pie into work and it was enjoyed by many.

Oh so easy, and oh so delicious! I used two different pre-made crusts - one chocolate and the other shortbread. There was just the right amount of filling for each pie. Plopped them in the freezer till filling started to lightly freeze, then topped each one with rough chopped Skor Bars and toasted almonds. Returned to freezer.

I took this to a July 4th party, and it was gone in a matter of minutes. Taking a suggestion from another reviewer, I pulsed 24 Nutter Butters and 5 T. butter in the food processor for the crust. Just to jazz it up a bit, I put the pie in a springform pan. I sprinkled it with chopped peanut butter cups, drizzled with some hot fudge sauce, then stuck it in the freezer. This was a huge party hit but with minimal effort on my part!

Not that this recipe needs another review.. but..... the.best.thing.ever. it should be illegal. (p.s. add half crunchy pb and drizzle melted choc on top and it's even better if that's possible!)

Fantastic. I had to fight off my brother-in-law for the last of it. Warning: You will feel like you can eat the whole pie without any problem. But don't do it. You'll eat away your entire calories for the day!

This is out of this world!! I followed another reviewer who made a nutter butter crust, 24 nutter butter cookies crushed & mixed with 5 T melted butter, pressed into the bottom of a pie pan. I also omitted the milk and used 8 oz cream cheese, 1 c. confectioners sugar, 3/4 tub cool whip, 1 T vanilla and 1 c peanut butter. It was AMAZING! I actually froze it and 2 days later pulled it out and was able to cut it right from the freezer. I didn't even let my piece thaw before I ate it but it would be convenient if you wanted to just store it in the freezer and thaw/serve each piece as needed. I will definitely make this again.

this recipe is great although the setup time is more like 6 hours in the freezer. I followed the recipe exactly and everyone loved it. It was a huge hit and I will absolutely make it again, but probably the night before. Thanks for the recipe.

My new favorite dessert!! Super rich & peanut-buttery, just the way I like it!! I didn't realize that my pie plates were deep dish(duh) so I had to double the recipe in order to get 2 pies out of it. I made chocolate graham crucker crust instead of regular. Topped the pies w/a little drizzle of Hersheys chocolate syrup & chopped Reese's peanut butter cups(used 3 on each pie). I DID NOT freeze these-just put them in the fridge overnight. I pulled them out & served immediately. Perfection!!

I've made this pie twice, changing it each time and it is awesome. First of all, I use just a little less than 1/2 c of skim milk, otherwise it's too runny. Secondly, I add 1/4 c of add'l peanut butter (chunky). I also used less cool whip, low fat, about 3/4 of a tub. Lastly, and most importantly... I combined 1 jar of Smucker's hot fudge, 1 c of milk chocolate chips and about 1 c of sundae caramel, melted it together and poured half in each pie crust. It is so wonderful. This is my substitute to Baker's Square, Peanut Butter Pie. My only (very small) con is I wish I could get the peanut butter mixture a little thicker so it would freeze more completely.
