No Bake Lemonade Icebox Pie

"Garnish this lemonade pie with whipped topping and lemon slices. This pie can also be made using orange-flavored breakfast drink mix for an orange sherbet pie."

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pre-sweetened lemonade drink mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the lemonade mix with sour cream and condensed milk. Pour mixture into pie crust. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.

Oh my goodness! I served this to guests and none of us could stop laughing (after our faces unpuckered!) do not use 1 cup of the lemonade powder. maybe 1/4 cup. the lemonade mix I used was presweetned, but this was tarter than eating a fresh lemon!

This is my favorite pie.It is light and the lemon flling is beyond description.The chefs in my family have been making it for several years.
