i love this recipe!
for a low fat version:
mix 5 tbsp of chick pea flour, 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup water and 2 cups sugar.
boil for 1 min until it looks like it's getting alittle thick, immediately take of heat add oatmeal, vanilla, crunchy peanut butter,cocoa and mix well. spread on baking sheet and let cool until stiff then cut into squares and serve.
a great low fat treat
