I made these cookies last night, we wanting somethng for dessert, and I wanted something easy to make. The recipe I have for these cookies turns out sometimes and sometimes not. So, I thought I would try this recipe. I am very pleased with this one, this is going to be my recipe for these cookies. They turned out perfect, the only thing that I did different was I used old fashion oats. Then I put them on cookie sheets and stuck them in the fridge to cool off and to set up faster. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

Old fasion oats work as well as quick cooking in this recipe. I did need to add more oats to this then the recipe called for. I've made these cookies since I was a little girl. I now use rapadura or sucanat in the place of half the white sugar and add about 1/4 cup flax seeds that I've ground in my blender. It helps to make them a bit healthier, but they're still good. They are still crazy good!

Yummy. I'll make these again. I made the cookies too big, I'll scale back next time - stick to the teaspoon suggestion. Excellent.

Agree with the comments about bringing to full rolling boil before timing the minute.

A friend requested some no-bakes and these turned out great. Followed the instructions and ingredients to a T. Definitely make sure it comes to a ROLLING BOIL to begin timing as a previous reviewer stated.

I followed this recipe pretty much. I boiled for 3 minutes. I also just eyed how much PB I put in, I think it would have been more than 1/2 cup though. Turned out great!

We were out of power for 7 days now. Kids and I wanted cookies. Found this and made it on the woodstove. WOW! I did make changes due to allergies and tastes. I used Peabutter for the peanut butter, added shredded coconut, and about 1/2 cup Artisana Cocao Bliss (coconut butter and cocoa). I used 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup brown. These are amazing. Super tasty and very easy to make. I was suprised. I have never done a no bake cookie before. Plus, these are egg free so another family member can eat these since she is allergic to eggs. We have a peanut allergy so that is why I subbed. These would also be good with soynut butter as well. There are hardly any left. I have already added this to my recipe book!

Delicious! I use butter instead of margarine for a firmer cookie, but I make these all the time! yum.

These are amazing! I didn't have wax paper so I just put the on cookie sheets and they came off just fine. If you want them to set quick you can put them in the fridge for a while. I'll make these again and again.

This is similar to a recipe I learned to make when I was little. Easy to put together and a tasty treat. My recipe used less sugar and more peanut butter, but resulted in a gooier cookie.

The flavor was decent but it was so crumbly that it was impossible to make it into spoonful. I don't know what I did wrong but I did heed others advice on boiling little bit longer than written. Will not make this one again!

I thought I messed these up when I was making them. I was afraid I had burned them and was going to throw the mixture out before I even added the oats. I'm glad I didn't! They turned out really well. Easy too for those of us who can't bake.
