My kids all loved these. I thought they were a little too sweet and rich for my taste, but it's a nice alternative for typical no bakes.

These were yummy....the oats were a little crumbly, messy. I have similiar recipes that aren't as messy....will skip this recipe next time.

These bars are really good, and also very easy. They take no time to make and were one of the first sellers at our bake sale.

The base definately needs something to hold it together a bit more - I think next time I will add a tsp of flour while the oats are cooking. I also used mint chocolate chips and crunchy peanut butter. Yummy.

Don't let the "too rich" reviews deter you! These are very good. They are rich so a 9x9 pan will go far, perfect for a single bite serving! They really do need to be kept cold as they will get a tad messy if it's warm outside. Also, I put my oats in a blender or food processor to make a very coarse flour out of it. It makes them blend and cook a little better.

Not bad, but not great. Much too rich. Kept in the fridge they were nice and firm. But not exciting enough to eat more than one.

Very good. I ran out of butter so I used 1/2 applesauce and thought they were great. Many good reviews from my co-workers. I have hated not having an oven but this came in handy.

Definitely cut back on the butter by 1/4 c as suggested by others. I used milk chocolate chips instead because I prefer the flavor, and these were great! I ate the whole pan myself the first time I made them. For a variation, try peanut butter chips, then sprinkle with milk chocolate chips before you add the top layer of oats. Yum! Thanks for the recipe!

Yummy. These were very good. I did use less butter, my crust did crumble upon cutting. I did not save any oat mixture for the top and put it all in 9 x 13 pan.

This recipe is so speedy-you can whip it up in just a few minutes! I've made them twice now for the office and each time they're gobbled up in no time! Make sure you combine the oatmeal mixture well so it holds together good for you. Press into the pan firmly-chilling sets them up perfectly.

Good, but very rich. I like sweets, but this was even a little too sweet for me. I used less brown sugar and butter than was called for & kept refrigerated. They didn't crumble that way, epsecially in the summer heat.

Although they turned out excellent, I didn't have enough oat mixture to make two layers in a 9x9 pan. Simple enough to make some more though. Quick, easy as anything, and tasted great. Thanks!

I love this recipe! It was soo easy! I was worried b/c one too many times recipes call for spreading out half a mix and it's never enough...this one worked for me. To dress it up a little I saved some of the chocolate PB mix to drizzle over the top. This is such a good basic recipe I want to try it different ways..I'm thinking white chocolate and cranberries, or double PB...

We all loved these. I 1 1/2 timed it and put it in a 9x13 pan. I used 2/3 crumbs on the bottom and 1/3 on top and used regular amount of butter.

Made these for a camping trip and everyone loved them. I had many requests for the recipe. I did add a little salt to the butter and oats and cooked them for a few minutes to lightly brown them.

These are soooo good. Very rich - you need a glass of milk to drink with them. I love these. The only change I made was to melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in the microwave for 1 minute and then stirred until smooth.
