VERY GOOD!!!! Chewy yet soft. I put the icing on while hot so it would melt....they were yummmmmmy! Although I would say to make them the day you plan on eating them. Best served warm. I baked them the night before and we had to micro them for about 10secs to make them warm a little. otherwise??? A perfect connamon roll!!!

I made this on the weekend but I have no idea how they taste as I gave up flour for Lent, but they were gone before the weekend was done so I am going to say they were a hit. Thanks for sharing.

This is a great recipe and I don't think I'd use another when I want to make good, basic cinnamon rolls. I absolutely love the dough - it's light and sweet and would make very nice french toast from loaf form. Thanks!

Perhaps it was my fault, as this recipe is highly rated. I followed the directions as written. My dough barely rose (but I didn't kill the yeast or anything). It rose plenty in the oven, but the result was a hard, dry dough.

FABULOUS!!! No joke! I can't begin to tell you how many times I have tried recipes only to be horribly disappointed in the final product. This recipe is absolutely wonderful. I had tried several other cinnamon roll recipes and they just didn't make the cut. I added a few finely crushed walnuts along with the raisins. I used a simple icing (even though the buttery rich gooyness made the rolls sweet enough to eat alone). Rather than baking them in muffin pan I placed them in a 10inch round cake pan and let them rise in the pan. Watch your baking time so they don't overbake. I will definitely make these again, and again!

OMG! This is now my favorite recipe at Allrecipes.com. This was sweet enough without the icing. This is a keeper. THANK YOU!

This was my first time making cinnamon rolls. My 10 year old daughter, her friend, and I made a batch this mornings. The girls said it was the best they ever had in their lives. It was super easy to make. I did let it rise twice, 1st time after kneading and the second time after cutting the rolls out with dental floss. I used a basic glaze of 1/4 c butter, 3 T fat free milk, 1 T vanilla, and 2 c powdered sugar. It definitely gets you on a sugar high!!!

Whoa ,,,, these were better than the clone of a cinnabon recipe ! They were more fluffy and gooey. I baked at 180 c for 19-20 mins on bottom shelf of oven. I made them the night before, let them rise, put in baking pan, covered and popped in the fridge till morning. In the morning it went straight from the fridge to the oven. Excellent ! T

A wonderful way to start the day! I'm rather inexperienced with making these, so I ended up leaking the filling all over the counter, but the end result was still delicious! I make a cream cheese frosting to top them and the kids AND my husband gobbled them up! I would recommend putting an extra pan under the muffin pan to catch the drippings as the butter did drip all over the stove.

I've never made home made cinnamon rolls before. These were so easy & so yummy. I loved that I didn't have to use a bread machine. I made these the night before & put them in the fridge overnight then baked them in the morning - delicious! I made a batch for my husband to take to work - they raved about them!

The first time I made this yummy rolls, I made it exactly as written. LOVED IT!!But the second time, I wanted to try low fat so I subbed the margarine in the dough to applesauce and the margarine in the filling to honey. It tasted pretty good for low fat, but I like the original way better! I guess I'll have low fat, that is "if" I have to :p

Wow! Simply amazing! They were very tender and delicious, the perfect combination of flavours. The only changes I made was that I added some cinnamon to the dough itself, I let them rise for about an hour before baking, and I baked them in a cake pan. I only baked them for 17 minutes, and they were perfect! I also mixed some brown sugar and milk together and poured it over the buns right before baking. It made them nice and gooey, and they didn't dry out at all! I will definitely make this recipe again. Over and over again! Thanks!

The only thing i would recommend in doing is not baking the rolls in a muffin pan. They will overflow and drip. Otherwise they were excellent and my family loved them! I'm still learning and these were doable for me.
