Tasted great, (my oven is a piece of junk though and burned the top a bit). Made them in the 9x11 dish. Use the other review for the cream cheese icing and it was great. Might pour a bit of melted butter w/ sugar over top next time to make more "gooey". Otherwise, it really did take about 90 min. maybe a bit more.

Very good, sweet enough to not have a frosting on top but... what's a cinnamon roll without the cream cheese topping?! Here's how I make my frosting: 2oz cream cheese 1.5t. vanilla 1/2t. salt 1T. white sugar This recipe also really only took 90min. The rolls didn't seem to rise as much as I hoped simply because they really weren't given much time to rise, but after baking them they had taken on the size I was looking for. (Oh, and the raisins are a must!)

These are wonderful, just like the ones my Mum used to make. Adjust the amount of brown sugar to taste, 1 cup is way too sweet for us, I like to taste the bun, not just "sweetness" I smear butter on the dough, then sprinkle on the sugar and cin. That's also why I would never frost them either! Use butter! (don't get me started on butter vs margarine ha) The dough is quite sticky, but just knead in more until you can manage it, should still be somewhat sticky tho. I also made in a pan to avoid the muffin tin mess. Rather than cut with a knife, use a piece of thread, about 18 in long, slide it under the dough, bring up over the top, cross the threads and pull, voila'!

These were great! I actually made them in just under an hour. I followed the recipe exactly. I brought them to class (college) and they were gone in seconds.

This recipe is awesome! I really do love to make this with my girls. It's simple and effective AND no bread machine!!!! YAH!! The only thing, I noticed was that it every time I have made it, it always needs about 3/4 cup more flour than stated in the recipe. Other than that I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to learn to make cinnamon rolls and/or just wants a fast recipe! Thanks Debbie!!

Very good! Soft and yummy but best when warm and fresh, of course. I added cream cheese frosting but I don't think they need it at all.

I make these every time someone asks for cinnamon rolls, it's gotten me a bit of fame in the neighborhood, as well as amongst my friends and family. The texture is light, and heavenly. I like to top them with a cream cheese glaze, or a plain vanilla glaze.

I found the recipe two days ago and already pulled my second batch out of the oven a few minutes ago! These cinnamon rolls are delicious! I made some icing I found from another recipe which made these rolls even more delightful! My picky husband loved these and said they were just as good as Cinnabon's! Thanks for the recipe :)

This was fantastic, and I didn't even have to add icing! I did use the active dry yeast instead of instant, but just proofed it before adding it to the mixed like others suggested. I halved the recipe because the recipe makes rolls that are rather large. It is important to note that the milk mixture (and the water you use to proof if you are using regular yeast) is lukewarm and not hot. I messed up my first version by using liquids that were too hot-- they killed the yeast. This second (successful) time, by accident, I raised the dough before shaping it into the cinnamon roll shape, so that when they rose a second time in the pan, they came all unformed. Next time I will make sure to rise the dough only once time. But those are my errors. The recipe is great. Those cinnamon rolls are delicious! I will make this again.

Good, needs a little tweaking for the baking. Using the full recipe in the muffin cups made a smoky mess in my oven, and rolls rose too big for the cups. Very tasty!

INCREDIBLE. I have made a lot of cinnamon buns in my day... and this one nailed it! Thank you so much. I thought there would be too much filling but it worked and the rolls pulled from the pan so easily! I put them all in a 9 x 9 pan.

I hate to be the lone dissenter here (and normally I pretty much agree with the consensus), but I tried these and found them way too sweet...so sweet that I couldn't eat one whole. If I try again, I'd cut the sugar literally in half.

Does this recipe really need another review? I guess so ! ! ! My husband loved this so much (we all did) and said to NEVER make another recipe for cinnamon rolls again. Followed the recipe. No deviations. No problems. Okay, slight deviation...make this in a 13 x 9 pan for ease of baking and did not have the yeast called for, so I used regular instead. Always use butter. Fabulous ! Thanks for such a good fool proof recipe.

I made these cinnamon rolls last Saturday and my family really enjoyed them, except that they were too sweet. I will make them again and cut down down on the sugar. This was my first time making cinnamon rolls from scratch and it was much easier than I thought. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Quick and delicious. I everyone loved these, especially the ones that were a little doughy. I added thinly sliced apple on top of the dough before I rolled it to make an even better treat.

So yummy! And easy! I ended up using butter instead of margarine, and soy milk instead of regular milk. Turned out just beautifully. Topped it with cream cheese frosting. :)

Great recipe! Tender, chewy, and delicious! Easy to follow recipe and quick to put together. One IMPORTNANT suggestion.. Put a pan under the muffin tin to catch the butter and sugar drippings!! I made quite a mess!
