This onion dip is a hit with all of my friends. Sometimes I throw in some fresh herbs from the garden too. They can't believe it isn't made with sour cream because it tastes great! For really low fat, use nonfat plain yogurt. Perfect for dipping potato chips or veggie sticks.

This is a creamy blend of cheeses with green onions mixed in. Always a crowd pleaser wherever I go and always the first to go! Adjust the amount of green onions to your taste. Serve with sliced bagels, or bagel chips.

Creamy Dill Dip II

Multipurpose dip for veggies, chips, etc.. and no mayonnaise! Easy to double, or halve. If you do not have fresh dill, use 1/3 the amount of dried dill.

This recipe can be served hot or cold with a variety of different crackers or bread. It can be placed in a loaf of hollowed out sourdough bread; the bread can be used for dipping. Don't heat dip when in the bread; bread will become soggy. Heat the dip, and then fill bread.
