INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese
  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, avocado, and chiles; season with salt and pepper.
