"A wonderful coffee treat with a kick. If you live in Newfoundland, you can use Screech instead of rum. Add a dollop of whipped cream if you like."

Ingredients

  • 1 fluid ounce dark rum
  • 1 fluid ounce coffee flavored liqueur
  • 8 fluid ounces hot brewed coffee
  • 1/2 fluid ounce Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Directions

  1. Measure rum and coffee liqueur into a coffee mug. Pour in hot coffee. Top with Irish cream, and garnish with a cherry.
