AWESOME DESSERT maded with Splenda. I served this as my dessert at a dinner party I had and not one person thought it had Splenda in it. Fresh fruit is the perfect compliment. This is the BEST SUGARFREE cheesecake I've every had. It's moist and really easy to make in your food processor. The second time I made it, I added 2 cups of Splenda instead of the 1-2/3rds called for in the recipe. This just adds a little more sweetness to the cheesecake. Enjoy it!

I tried this recipe for my best friend who is diabetic. There were other diabetics at the party, this was a smash hit! Everyone loved it! Easy to make and great taste! Don't forget the vanilla, it was missing from the preparation instructions. Highly recommend this recipe!

Absolutely delicious! You can't tell it's sugar free. It was the dessert at our Christmas dinner today. Everyone loved it, even those not used to eating sugar-free.

Excellent!!! My husband still doesn't know it was made with Splenda. I served it with fresh strawberries and it was a hit.
