"Greens with a real kick! I make these regularly to keep canned and ready for when I wanna serve them. Goes awesome with meatloaf or toted along to a pot luck. Enjoy!"

turnip, peeled and chopped
green bell pepper, chopped
red bell pepper, chopped
apple cider vinegar
ground black pepper
hot pepper sauce
mustard greens, washed and chopped
1-quart canning jars with lids and rings
My husband loved these. We made them just like the recipe outlined, except I didn't have any hot pepper sauce and so used Sriacha, and wound up cooking them for four hours instead of two. We made these with fresh mustard greens as part of a paleo diet - the recipe is perfect for that - and I wish I had the ability to can them.
