This is a sure winner in any home. Be sure and cover the table with old newspapers to gather the shells and make clean up easy. Make sure to have warmed French bread to dunk in the 'sauce'! Bibs would be nice to protect your clothing from the sauce but not necessary.

Shrimp in the shells is baked while submerged in a spicy seasoned butter. It isn't exactly healthy, but it is fabulous. It is a common dish in Louisiana. This recipe feeds a lot of people. You can cut it in half for a family dinner.

Great New Orleans style spicy shrimp. I like it hot, and add fresh, hot red peppers. Serve over rice. Crusty bread and ice cold beer are good accompaniments. This is one of my favorite dishes.

Jumbo shrimp at their best. Serve this dish with warm French bread to sop up the sauce.

This rendition of a classic dish of shrimp baked in butter, garlic, lemon juice and parsley, is even better with the help of Dijon-style mustard.

Shrimp sauteed in olive oil, with a brandy sauce flavored with garlic shallots and oregano. Great served with a rice pilaf and salad!

Here's a recipe that I have made several times for our family. Set your broiler and watch the shrimp closely. The shrimp is done when it turns pink. Do not overcook! Serve with baked potato and salad.

The shrimp can be marinated up to 3 hours before grilling. The amount of red pepper used can be adjusted according to how hot you like it. The marinade is also great on chicken.
