Ingredients

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed New England clam chowder, undiluted
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) can chopped clams, drained
  • 2 tablespoons sherry or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the first five ingredients. Bring to a boil. reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with cheese if desired.
