Two types of barbeque sauce are blended into a rich mixture that's great on any kind of meat. Make it up to a week in advance -- it tastes better the longer it sits.

This is a classic recipe that will give you a rich barbecue sauce in no time, cooking up in one pot in about ten minutes. It 's also nice with a few drops of liquid smoke stirred in.

This is a great basic BBQ sauce our family got from a fireman friend. It has a nice zing from some horseradish. We've used it on everything from chicken to meatloaf! This is also great to increase the servings, bottle it up and refrigerate for multiple uses.

Most folks think preparing barbeque means drenching some meat with some sauce out of a bottle while it's cooking, and squirting some more over it just before you serve it. I'm not one of those! This sauce is the result of quite a lot of experimentation over the years, and everyone who tries it seems to agree that it's great! The combination of the mustard and molasses give it a great sweet-tart flavor, and the bourbon adds a finishing touch you can't get any other way!

My mother-in-law gave me this recipe over twenty four years ago. I use it frequently and someone always asks for it. A mixture of tangy ingredients, onion and brown sugar creates one tasty sauce! This will keep in the fridge for several weeks.

Grilled chicken never tasted as good as it will when you drown it in this wonderfully simple tangy sauce.

This barbeque sauce is used for East Carolina pulled pork. It can be used as a marinade, or add a little corn starch and make it into a thick mop sauce or basting sauce.

My dad loves to barbecue and this is his own creation. It's absolutely delicious and goes with a variety of meats. It makes a lot, but keeps well in the ice box and it's nice to have it on hand instead of store bought sauce.
